After a three-year wait, the River Bend Hotel and Suites is under construction in the Ashtabula Harbor. The hotel will be located on Goodwill Rd. The $10.5 million project will include a five-story hotel and a rooftop wine bar. Also, the hotel will add five full-time and 10 part-time jobs to the area.
The plan is to have the project completed by June 2023.
