Even though mortgage rates have been slowly dropping, the number of homes sales in November was once again lower than in 2021. Homes sales in November 2022 dropped over 25% the same time in 2021. In 2022, Ohio saw 10,629 homes sold in the month of November compared to 14,293 in November 2021. All 14 markets in Ohio saw the dip in sales according to data provided to Ohio REALTORS. 7 of the 14 markets across Ohio still saw homes sell (on average) at a higher price than they in a year ago.
