As of June 30,2022, homeowners in Geauga County will no longer be required to have a home sewage system inspection. The program was ended by a unanimous 3-0 vote by the Geauga Public Health Board. It had been in effect for over 20 years.
This will start with properties that are sold on or after July 1, 2022.
