The Ohio housing marketplace sales have risen from last year. Sales for January 2019 were 7,878 sales and have increased to 8,692, a growth of 10.3%.
There has also been an increase in the average sales price. The average sales price has risen 15.8%, from $170, 476 to $197,410.
In the original new’s release, it was stated that,
“Around the state, 17 of the 19 markets tracked experienced an increase in sales activity for the month compared to January 2019. Additionally, 15 local markets showed an increase in average price compared to a year ago.”
Showing that the year is starting off strong and with a solid foundation.
